For Public OSINT, include the research mode, source name, approximate time and error shown; redact personal information and do not email unredacted exports or images. For ModelDex, include the listing URL and whether the problem concerns search, comparison, the assistant or account access. For Arsenal, include the tool or collection URL and whether the issue affects discovery, comparison, source evidence or the catalog helper.

Intelligence corrections
Include the indicator or campaign name, a source link and the correction you propose. For OSINT corrections, include the public source record link and the disputed field; corrections to an upstream record may also need to go to its provider. For ModelDex, include the model/provider name and original documentation for license, access, hardware or capability corrections. For Arsenal corrections, include the tool name, upstream repository, affected version and evidence for the proposed metadata or review-label change. Report a Guardian false positive or missed threat using the feedback controls on its scan result.
